Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 8 skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cumin powder, chili powder, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell pepper onto the soaked skewers.
  4. Heat a stovetop grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
