Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 8 skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cumin powder, chili powder, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell pepper onto the soaked skewers.
- Heat a stovetop grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
