Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, cumin, and chili flakes.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve the Yang Rou Chuan hot off the grill.
