Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, Napa cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the lamb filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the dumplings in half, and press the edges to seal.
- Arrange the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper. Steam over boiling water for 15-20 minutes, until the filling is cooked through.
- Serve the Yang Rou Jiaozi hot with dipping sauce or in a flavorful broth.
