Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, Napa cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the lamb filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the dumplings in half, and press the edges to seal.
