Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the onions, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, vegetable oil, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
