Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions
