Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, onion, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, vegetable oil, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
