Yassah (spicy Grilled Prawns)

Ingredients
- 1 kg large prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the prawns to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
