Ingredients
- 4 whole tilapia, cleaned and gutted
- 1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the tilapia with vegetable oil and the spice mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
- Place the sliced lemon inside the cavity of the tilapia.
- Grill the tilapia for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
