Ingredients
- 1 small pumpkin, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Add the pumpkin, carrots, turmeric, cumin, and cinnamon to the pot. Stir to combine the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
