Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless lamb, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons Ethiopian coffee, finely ground
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the coffee, olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic to create a marinade.
