Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless lamb, cut into cubes

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the coffee, olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic to create a marinade.
