Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup mung beans
- 6 cups water
- 1 piece dried tangerine peel
- 3 slices ginger
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the black beans and mung beans, then soak them in water for 2 hours.
- In a pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the soaked beans, dried tangerine peel, and ginger slices to the pot.
- Simmer for 1 hour until the beans are soft and the soup is flavorful.
- Add goji berries and salt to taste before serving.
