Ingredients

  • 1 cup mung beans
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 piece dried tangerine peel
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the black beans and mung beans, then soak them in water for 2 hours.
  2. In a pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the soaked beans, dried tangerine peel, and ginger slices to the pot.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour until the beans are soft and the soup is flavorful.
