Ingredients
- 1 lb yu choy
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Wash the yu choy thoroughly and trim off any tough stems.

- Add the yu choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the leaves are wilted but still vibrant green.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the yu choy and sprinkle with sugar. Toss to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
