Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mushrooms, then slice them into thin strips.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil, and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
