Ingredients
- 2 lotus roots, peeled and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add lotus root slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce into the wok and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
