Instructions
- Soak the fish maw in water until softened, then cut into small pieces.
- Blanch the pork ribs and dried scallops in boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add the fish maw, pork ribs, dried scallops, and ginger slices.
- Simmer over low heat for 2 hours, then season with salt to taste.
