Ingredients
- 2 lbs yuca, peeled and cut into fries
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and add the salt.
- Add the yuca fries to the boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the yuca is tender.
- Remove the yuca fries from the water and let them drain and cool on a paper towel.
- In a deep pan, heat the oil for frying over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the yuca fries and fry until golden brown and crispy.
