Ingredients
- 200g goat cheese
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 2-3 dried red chilies
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Slice the goat cheese into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the Sichuan peppercorns and dried red chilies to the pan, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and sauté for another minute.
- Add the goat cheese slices to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Season with salt and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
