Ingredients

  • 12 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

  1. In a bowl, combine the pork, garlic, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, five-spice powder, black pepper, salt, and scallions. Mix well to ensure the pork is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
