Ingredients
- 500g chicken feet
- 2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 3-4 dried red chilies

- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash the chicken feet thoroughly and trim the nails if desired.
- In a wok, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the Sichuan peppercorns, dried red chilies, ginger, garlic, green onions, star anise, and cinnamon stick. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the chicken feet to the wok and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour or until the chicken feet are tender.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Transfer the cooked chicken feet to a serving dish and garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired.
