  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Sichuan peppercorns, dried red chilies, garlic, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, salt, five-spice powder, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
