Ingredients

  • 500g pork ribs
  • 3 pieces of fermented bean curd
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the fermented bean curd, minced garlic, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
  2. Add the pork ribs to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
