Ingredients
- 500g pork ribs
- 3 pieces of fermented bean curd
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the fermented bean curd, minced garlic, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
- Add the pork ribs to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Place the marinated pork ribs in a heatproof dish and sprinkle with cornstarch. Spread the green onions on top.
