Ingredients

  • 2 large red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, and chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
