Ingredients
- 2 large red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, and chopped
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
