Zaalouk is a traditional Berber dish made with roasted cauliflower, tomatoes, and a blend of flavorful spices. This dish is a staple in Berber cuisine and is perfect for a healthy and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
