Za'atar Hummus Wrap (زعتر حمص ورقة)

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 2 tablespoons za'atar
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread 1/4 cup of hummus onto each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of za'atar over the hummus on each tortilla.
  3. Layer the sliced cucumber, red bell pepper, and salad greens on top of the hummus.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half.
