Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 2 tablespoons za'atar
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread 1/4 cup of hummus onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of za'atar over the hummus on each tortilla.
- Layer the sliced cucumber, red bell pepper, and salad greens on top of the hummus.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half.
