Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pound the pork chops to flatten them.

  4. Roll up the pork chops, securing the filling inside.
  5. Coat the pork chops in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

  7. Fry the breaded pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
