Zebu Steak with Malagasy Pepper Sauce (Steak de zébu avec sauce au poivre malgache)

Ingredients

  • 4 zebu steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
