Ingredients
- 4 zebu steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the zebu steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired level of doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
