Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of each circle, then fold and pleat to seal the dumplings.
  5. Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
