Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour the beef broth over the meatballs and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
