Zesty Shrimp Salad (Qwanta Be'siga Selatta)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
