Ingredients
- 250g pork, thinly sliced
- 200g pickled long beans, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add pork slices and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add chopped pickled long beans, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and ground white pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
