Ingredients

  • 200g pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 200g bamboo shoots, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, salt, and white pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated pork slices and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
  4. Add the shredded bamboo shoots and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced green onions and stir-fry for an additional minute.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
