Ingredients
- 200g pork loin, thinly sliced
- 200g bamboo shoots, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, salt, and white pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated pork slices and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
- Add the shredded bamboo shoots and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sliced green onions and stir-fry for an additional minute.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
