Ingredients

  • 12 large button mushrooms
  • 200g ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the mushroom caps with the pork mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, serve hot and enjoy!
