Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs, cut into pieces
  • 30g black fungus, soaked and sliced
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, white pepper, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until the chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Add the black fungus, green onions, and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
