Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 1/2 cup ground pork
- 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the steamer over high heat.
- Chop the reserved mushroom stems and mix with ground pork, water chestnuts, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the filling mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
