Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
  • 1/2 cup ground pork
  • 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the steamer over high heat.
  2. Chop the reserved mushroom stems and mix with ground pork, water chestnuts, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the mushroom caps with the filling mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
