Ingredients

  • 200g tofu skin
  • 150g bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the tofu skin in warm water for 10 minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the tofu skin and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
