Ingredients
- 200g tofu skin
- 150g bamboo shoots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the tofu skin in warm water for 10 minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine.
- Add the tofu skin and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional green onions, if desired.
