Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add cumin seeds and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the peppers are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
