Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar. Add the beef slices and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated beef slices to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Sprinkle the ground cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt over the beef. Stir well to coat the beef with the spices.
  5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cilantro.
