Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar. Add the beef slices and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef slices to the pan and cook until browned.
- Sprinkle the ground cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt over the beef. Stir well to coat the beef with the spices.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cilantro.
