Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
  4. Add the cumin seeds and chili flakes, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Return the beef to the pan and stir in the soy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
