Ingredients
- 3 lbs lamb shoulder, bone-in
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the lamb shoulder, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Place the lamb shoulder in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth into the pan.
- Cover the roasting pan with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 1 hour, or until the lamb is tender and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
