Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef slices between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped onion, grated carrot, sliced bell pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the vegetable mixture over each beef slice and roll them up tightly.
  4. Secure the rolls with toothpicks to hold the filling inside.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the beef rolls on all sides.
  6. Reduce the heat, cover the skillet, and simmer for 45-50 minutes until the beef is tender.
  7. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
