Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place the beef slices between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.

- Remove the toothpicks before serving.
