Zrazy Zest

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place the beef slices between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.

- Spread the vegetable mixture over the beef slices and roll them up tightly.
- Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef rolls and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the toothpicks before serving.
