Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Place the beef slices between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped onion, grated carrot, sliced bell pepper, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetable mixture over the beef slices and roll them up tightly.
  4. Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the beef rolls and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  7. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
  8. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
