Ingredients
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 200g bacon, diced
- 200g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into circles to fit the tartlet molds.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onions until caramelized.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, eggs, caramelized onions, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the onion and bacon mixture into the prepared tartlet molds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tartlets are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
