Ingredients

  • 1 pound mixed seafood (such as shrimp, crab, and fish)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and carrots, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the potatoes, seafood, broth, tomato puree, bay leaves, paprika, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the seafood is cooked through.
  3. Remove the bay leaves and adjust the seasoning if needed.
