Ingredients
- 1 pound mixed seafood (such as shrimp, crab, and fish)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and carrots, and cook until softened.
