Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 8 oz. pasta (such as egg noodles or farfalle)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and caraway seeds, and cook for another minute.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until it starts to wilt, about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
