Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 package of phyllo pastry sheets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, chopped spinach, onion, eggs, feta cheese, and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush a baking dish with olive oil. Place a sheet of phyllo pastry in the dish and brush it with olive oil. Repeat with several more sheets, layering them on top of each other.
- Spread the cabbage and spinach mixture evenly over the phyllo pastry.
- Layer more phyllo pastry sheets on top of the filling, brushing each sheet with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
