Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, grated coconut, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
