Ingredients

  • 1 kg mixed seafood (tuna, grouper, snapper, etc.)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 cups water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 green chilies, sliced
  • Handful of curry leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes to the boiling water.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Add the mixed seafood to the pot and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked.
  5. Season with salt and add the green chilies and curry leaves.
  6. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
