Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets, diced
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced fish and lime juice. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- After marinating, drain the lime juice from the fish.
- Add the coconut cream, diced tomato, cucumber, onion, and red chili to the fish. Mix gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the Ika Mata in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
