Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh crab meat
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cucumbers, diced
  • 2 green chilies, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, coconut cream, and lime juice. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced red onion, diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and sliced green chilies to the marinated crab mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate the Kokoda for at least 30 minutes before serving.
