Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried lentils

Instructions

  5. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and spread it into a round shape. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
  7. Serve the lentil pancakes hot with your favorite toppings or sauces.
