- 2 green chilies, finely chopped

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, yogurt, grated ginger, masala chai spices, turmeric, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Add chopped cilantro, onion, tomato, and green chilies to the batter. Stir well to combine.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush the surface with a little oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin, round pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
- Serve the Masala Chai Cheela hot with chutney or yogurt on the side.
